Orders placed online normally ship within 48-hours or two business days of being received. If an item is delayed you will be notified within two business days of your order being placed.
If you have a product in need of return Please call 1-888-404-7750 and speak with a customer service representative as soon as possible. Berlyn Enterprises, LLC and it divisions have a 30-day return policy on most merchandise. Custom printed items and special order items are NOT returnable. Products being returned must be new in original condition. Have your invoice/order number available for reference when speaking with a customer service agent.
Identify the item number (SKU) and the nature of the return (e.g. don't need, purchased wrong, damaged, wrong color, etc) when speaking with the agent. The agent will take the information and call you back with your RMA number within 24-hours once it is approved.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to being returned. All return shipments that are not authorized will be refused by Berlyn enterprises, LLC and will be returned to the sender at the sender expense. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer. All returns must be clearly marked on the shipping label with the RMA number. All items being returned need to be properly packaged for shipment as they were shipped to you. Do NOT write on the product box containing the merchandise but on the shipping box or label.
Damage on the part of the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx or common carrier) must be reported at the time of delivery to the carrier as they are responsible. Reports of damage should also be called in to Berlyn Enterprises so we can start the process of replacing the merchandise and get any claim information provided to you by the carrier.
Freight charges are non-refundable except if an error is made in shipping on our part.
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
California customers: Sales tax rate of 9.75% is collected for all orders shipped to a California address. Sales tax is also collected for all customer pickups. If your your local sales tax differs, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
